Description: ?The wild lowbush blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium)? is a naturally occurring ?resource ?concentrated in North America. The efficiency of the mechanical harvesting process is ?dependent on field topography; plant density; the presence of weeds and debris; variability in ?plant height; and operator skills. This paper presents the modelling of the wild blueberry ?harvesting heads; The proposed system reduces the testing cost and simplifies the development of ?control algorithms. Trajectory profiles of the harvesting machine are developed in Cartesian ?space. And simulated using Matlab Simulink. ? The hydraulic system of the harvesting head ?simulated using different ground speed and tractor torque. The performance of each parameter is ?evaluated on the overall system performance. An Adaptive controller is added to the system to ?improve the overall system performance.
