Description: Drying constants of rewetted spikes of hard red spring wheat (cv. Neepawa) were determined using three initial moisture contents, three temperatures, three relative humidities and two thermal radiation levels. The effects of changing conditions on the drying constant were evaluated. Drying constants were determined using nonlinear regression.
